Only if there is a reduction in max hours, no overtime and no ability to P/U.

If the pay is raised 100% most of those who P/U will figure since they are working OK now at these hours why should they stop.

Personal opinion. Some will drop their hours but most will use the "opportunity" to make more, you know the "entrepreneur spirit" and such.
