Training pay is protected, and is never scheduled on days off unless you volunteer to do so. If you are scheduled for a recurrent event, let's say three days of ground school, the company would remove a trip, and pay protect you for it. If you had an 18 hr 3 day, you're getting paid 18 hrs. If you're on reserve, there is no trip to protect and you would get paid 3.75 per day.

ASA guys on reserve...you can kiss 8hr ready reserve goodbye. That sh!t is just cruel punishment that nobody should have to deal with.
