If I can finish without any additional cost, I will be able to put that $8,000 back into the loan, thus leaving me with only $3,000 to pay off and some interest. All in all I think I have gone about this in a somewhat efficient manner which will leave me with a low debt load.
Here is my question. How did you all prepare for your training? I am finishing my instrument right now in the OAK area and am having my course materials for ATP sent to me in SFO so that I can prepare. Do you recommend flash cards or any other memory techniques? I am trying to come into this as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance.
Have you downloaded their Ipad app? Even though you already have an instrument rating the app has everything you need and beats reading all the books like every one before us had to do. Even though it is death by powerpoint I think that's still better than having to read through 20 books. Best of luck to you. I have 200 (No IR but have other ratings and all endorsements). What location are you headed to?
