Quest operates Phenom 100s and other aircraft under Part 91. I fly a P100 and it's junk. Breaks a lot, has terrible avionics (for a turbine) and the interior was made by Fisher Price.
Most pilots (young and old) seem to have an airplane they dream of flying. Search for a job that you will enjoy and that is good for your career, bank account, and life. Not one that has the airplane you
want to fly.
Safety, pay, schedule quality are the most important things in life. Especially once you have a family.
You're dream airplane will change. I used to want to fly a jet, now I want to fly a tail dragger low and slow over New England sightseeing with my wife.
