My wife and I have been together for 15 years and both flying full time for 7. We were hired together @ AWA and even ended up as sim partners. We have a 3 1/2 year old an one on the way. The time away from each other is hard but the common background is great when you have a problem or funny story to relate. We have had a nanny for the last three years and that has worked out pretty well. It is definately not a life for everyone but it has worked for us. The best advise that I could offer would be to try and live where one of you is based. We both commute and it's a serious pain.
