Sorry Carl, I never saw the question. I don't read every post. I have however many times posted my thoughts on scope. In fact had you bothered to look you would have noted I made a post with my thoughts on scope just two days ago. I believe and always have believed the E170/175 is a mainline aircraft and belongs at the mainline. I was very vocal when John Malone a DPA organizer gave that aircraft up to DCI in LOA 46. We should work in the coming contract to bring that aircraft back to the mainline and sunset those contracts. I don't think we can produce a economic case to operate the smaller DCI aircraft at the mainline however we should not allow additional airframes in the under 70 seat category beyond what is currently in the contract.
