The last CA I flew with, who had DPA crew tags prominently displayed on his bags, said we are lucky if we get 5% up front, and 4% over the life of the contract. Hearing him say that made me vurp. I would share his other thoughts, but I think he might be on this forum so I will keep my mouth shut. However, his expectations and mine were vastly different.
well tell him next time...that the guys carrying the ball on C12 will have to be any FO that is looking at 20 years until upgrade (anyone hired after 2000); and junior narrowbody CA's. That should give us more than 50% I hope!
