What I care about is what they send out for ratification. If it is weak, it will get voted down. I believe in the majority of our 12,000+ pilots that we can think on our own. That's your opinion and you're certainly entitled to it. But you completely ignored my main point. You previously stated that openers are shown to the members when it's felt that DALPA needs the support of its members. I agreed with you and asked you to think about what it means now that DALPA will not be showing us the opener. Here is my post again:
...Exactly correct! That's precisely why you release the opener to your members. You're going to need their support when it comes to crunch time. Do you realize what it means when DALPA doesn't release it this time? Do you understand that it means either DALPA doesn't care about us supporting their negotiating goals, or they know we wouldn't if we found out what they were?
Again, using the logic of your own previous statement: What does this decision by DALPA say about their view of the value of our support?
