i guess tolerable will depend on the work rules. dont forget over 1000 guys passed on the cal return to work act. they are just waiting for a jcba, their other job to fizzle, or retire from the military--- they will wonder after 3-4years why they keep moving down and not up- even with retirements, new flight/duty,
im just saying its pretty risky to leave a nice 5-10 year regional capt slot to come to the uncertainty that is untied
