The reason SKW is having a hard time with the alpa drive is because they do have good work rules and almost everyone is happy. The people that are strong supporters of alpa are happy with the company, but want to secure the future with an enforcable contract.
Does the term "happy" and ALPA always go hand-in-hand? I support the organization entirely but think sacrifices are certainly going to occur on both sides of the bargaining table if this new contract is installed. Who knows...
