dont forget the American pilots are in court over if the court can even throw out their current contract, since it expired. It had a clause saying the terms remain till a new one is reached. IF somehow that wins, then so does the Eagle clause.
I still think there is a good shot they wont lose scope at AA, or the lists will be merged.
I pray and hope to God! But from a management point of view, don't you think that would give the pilot group too much leverage? How would they whipsaw us then?
