Comparing the successes of SWAPA, to the perceived success of what DPA's "empty promises" of what they think they could bring, if they were our bargaining agent is purely speculative, at best. For gods sake, they can't even muster enough support to reach a point where they're brought to a vote by the collective group. How are they going to stand a chance against management? (Are they going to say something like, "I know we don't have quite the support we think we need to go on strike, but by golly, we have people submitting cards.")
