Leaving 135 to come here was the biggest mistake I've made in my short career.
I can relate to your post. It was nice being a name, a person, not an employee number with a level of seniority dictating my QOL. Charter and CFIing dropped off where I was at, and pretty much had to look for a new home. (And I got help from forum members-thank you!)
