I just got my Rolex back from my watch guy in SMF. He is not Rolex certified but is A+ in every way. Very meticulous and does a Rolex service for $275. He works on all my watches and is a pleasure to work with. PM me if interested in details or you can google Paul's Watch and Clock Repair.
I've heard good and bad about RSCs, but have no personal experience with them. From what I've heard, be wary of the cosmetic replacements they may recommend. Your watch probably doesn't need new hands, dial etc. but that's where they make their money.
