My advice is to apply to people with PHL bases, and if you get based somewhere else get a crash pad and work your way back. Also keep in mind you got NYC a 3 hour drive, and DCA/IAD 3 hours away. A 3 hour drive is not bad if you have a small car, and takes just as long as driving 45 minutes to an airport, and commuting somewhere.
