Are you the kind of guy that would like to get involved in something other than just flying the line? If you showed interest in the training department, or even any charity work, would show more about you than the average pay-me-lots-for-little-work candidate. Show them that you desire to be a good human being, not just a good pilot. That would be very impressive.
