What I mean by that is many (I think the vast majority...) are tired of the bankruptcy pay-rates and work rules we are still working under. Yes, there have been some work rule improvements, but any offer from the company will have to be very significant.

A few shares of stock and another couple of years of COLA-like increases will not be acceptable this time....
