American, Delta, Korean Air, and United all come to mind. Delta is a code sharing partner with North West. Don't know how much bank you have, but United is probably the most expensive, then NW, then American (I assume). Why not try Korean Air? I hear they give great flight and a very happy ending. Probably no frequent flier miles however. The true paradox for the cheap airline pilot: a happy ending but no frequent flier miles.
