Funy thing though.............if you are within 4:30 of your min pay guarantee on reserve (76 hours for B reserve), they shut you down so you can't make ANY money, but they'll beg and plead for a line holder to fly and make 150% to INCREASE their pay. And they plan to take the EXCESS reserves to staff the new ORD/DEN bases! Only thing is..............THEIR ARE NO EXCESS RESERVES.................we have NO RESERVES available! BRILLIANT! Somebody was--Debbie McCoy several years ago. Funny thing though, they have kept her policy in place ever since. It's simply making them too much money.
