Being an FO at a regional for many years is tough too. Some guys got quick upgrades.
Now listen up everyone. I want everyone to list how many years you sat FO at a regional before upgrade, immediately. I want to see how many of you paid your dues before you becoming a captain.
Do you see how ridiculous I sound? Everyone will be paying dues until they reach the top at a major. If some one does ONE step of the hundred step process quicker than you it doesn't mean a damn thing.
Hold on there big guy, the whole reason for this whole thread is to help Andrew find a way to gain experience, become a better pilot and get to 1500 hrs so he can get an airline job. I'm just trying to help show him how others have gotten to the airlines to provide some guidance that he can use to help himself. I'm not trying to get in a ****ing war over who had it the hardest.
