Funy thing though.............if you are within 4:30 of your min pay guarantee on reserve (76 hours for B reserve), they shut you down so you can't make ANY money, but they'll beg and plead for a line holder to fly and make 150% to INCREASE their pay. And they plan to take the EXCESS reserves to staff the new ORD/DEN bases! Only thing is..............THEIR ARE NO EXCESS RESERVES.................we have NO RESERVES available! BRILLIANT! I know what your trying to say about being within 4:30 of guarantee but let me assure you they still fly the crap out of you. Once within the 4.5 you just don't get to pick what crap to fly, they have to assign it and believe me they will assign something.
