Smart move. Delta will increasingly be used as a training ground while awaiting SWA, FDX, UPS and the high paying foreign airlines. Get used to it. Management couldn't care less.

Hey Carl, your love affair with SWA is second only to your love affair with DPA. Of course in your mind he made the right decision. Whatever makes you feel better. Maybe it WAS a smart move for him.. maybe he lives in a SWA base, and will be able to drive to work.. and maybe he loves throwing gear on a 737... who knows? I still don't care.. that was all I said. But just stop with the propaganda for once.. please.... Your badmouthing DAL at every opportuniuty is just getting old. We get it.. DAL sucks.. NWA was a far better airline... quack quack quack. I don't agree with your premise that DAL will be a training ground. I think you are wrong. Time will tell. Have a wonderful Delta Day.. I am out of this ridiculous argument.
