I'd be careful about statement like this if you still have any inclination to go there. It's quite possible that the CP reads this forum and if he sees this, then you may have shot down any chance of working there.
CP will be doing him a favor then
he'll be making 3 times as much as a dispatcher. Or apply elsewhere. All regionals suck but some are just outright abusive.
