Solo email supports sucks no matter what the product.
I made a mistake once and the creator Noah Lieberman actually called me. I gave him access to my computer and he fixed what I did. They're a small group growing so give them a chance. The forums usually have the answers to most questions. It's still the best electronic logbook (IMO of course)
