What type of amendment are you looking for?
If it is an amendment to do away with the 700 hour exemption for aviation school grads that would be a positive change.
And I'd still like to know how these aviation grads are going to have 500 hours of cross country with only 750 total. I highly doubt they are flying 50 miles to do a lazy 8 or chandelle's...
