Default Logbook Time Review

I currently fly for a 135 operator in which they keep a spreadsheet of our flight times for legal reasons (mainly duty). I am about to leave the company in 2 weeks and will hopefully be going to fly for either Compass or ExpressJet.

Over the last couple of weeks I have been reviewing my logbooks to ensure accuracy. I requested a summary of flight times from my current employer, and noticed that their records are inaccurate...they show MORE flight time than I actually have (by about 10-20 hours in some areas). My question is, when I go to interview at a regional, will that regional request flight times from my previous employers or will they just go off of my logbook?

My company is coming out with a new program for tracking our flight times and informed us that they would be unable to import our old flight times into their new program...the problem is that this new program for tracking times will not be live until after I leave the company...should I even worry about all this? Thanks.
