Don't jump on "What". He at least took the time to give you thoughtful answers, considering he doesn't work there. You might redirect your frustration toward those who work there, considering none of them answered your questions. Additionally, you did not mention anywhere in your post that you were an experienced line pilot. Next time try being a little more clear about your background and why you might be asking certain questions.
