The final report will have the findings and causal factors. It looks like an "in ground effect"stall during rotation; IGE stalls occur at a lower AOA. The prime reason to watch rotation rates is to avoid a rapid build up of AOA in gound effect. That had modeled the effect in the earlier Gulfstream models but may have not been correct in modeling it on the new wing.
