bridge programs Question??

I was just curious, there has been a lot of talk and hype about high washout rates in some of the regional classes latley..to all of you that have been through 121 new hire process did you notice that there were a lot of guys+gals from different bridge programs. if so how did they work out. Were they able to hold there own?? or are the among the ones getting washed up. There mins are dropped quite significantly as apposed to the regular published mins, so i was just wondering how they hacked it..
