Dude im not sure what your talking about, but guys are making around 120K as a 15lot year guy at XJT and have a month off every three months. They are making this flying about 650 hours a year plus 12% company match 401K at that longevity. What does Republic have? Ive been home every night for the past 35 years as a senior FO, made 55K and flew 610 hours last year while having the company pay about 6K into my 401K. This brings my pay rate as an FO to around $80/ hour. Again what does Republic have?
To be fair, my figures are purely based on a 75 hour guarantee, 300hrs per diem per month and a five year upgrade. I haven't taken into account soft time, vacation drops etc. All of those go a long way to making XJT a very good place to work. My hope is that the company continues to evolve to stay competitive and doesn't end up being the next Comair.
