Wow, lots of Xjet pride here, a lil skewed? "Pride cometh before the fall". Be careful of getting too much cool aid advice. I worry when one pilot group hides the wrinkles on their own turf. Rjet points here are also valid tho, but the contract stuff was signed when they were still flying props, and 1/8 of the size they are now. Thats all going to change, maybe not at par with Xjet, but definitely a better.
Just do whats best for you man, Xjet is overall on paper better, but whats best for most may not be best for every single person.
Comair, Eagle, Air Wisky all had industry leading wages/benefits, and lots of 50 seaters, and now are or becoming a shell of what used to be. Its a crap shoot and a crap industry.
