This is their point I think. Since there is no backfilling of people leaving various bases for new bases then far less new hires are created. However a net increase in pilots is a net increase if u look at min and max numbers also????

I don't anybody has much of an idea how this works or how many new hires there will be, myself even less than anyone else. Yet to see a detailed explanation of how CALs bid process works....
