Incorrect!
They have only gone through 700 + of the 1437 furloughed pilots at united to be offered the positions. They have not even sent out letters for the 247 vacancy bid. Once L-Cal finishes the bid they will need to send out letters to the L-UAL side to fill the positions. If it becomes a true 247 vacancy and they are unable to fill with L=UAL pilots then and only then can they start to hire off the street and that would probably be around November. That can all change if they come up with a TA and it is approve.
