Okay, nonrevs should not be allowed to check in online or at the least there should be a penalty when they no show. This is crap. They don't show, sorry no time to remove them and put someone else on because we can't be late... plane goes out with empty seats and nonrevs waiting.
This has to change, there are a lot of sloppy flippant nonrevs.
To be honest I don't think anyone should be allowed to check in from home. I mean really isn't that the point of checking in to prove that one is in fact there? Why not just take away check in completely
It only takes about 2 minutes to check in on the Kiosk for those that know what they are doing and those that don't should plan on arriving with ample time anyway.
These little quirks bug me as much as you FTB.
