If markets will support them, how will that flying ever return to the majors? The markets you speak of only support small jets, IF crew costs remain steady, fuel is less than $80 per barrel and fares are such that passengers don't have options. Here's a market that is silly--KCLT-KGSO. You can rent a car and drive it quicker and cheaper.

It's an informative opinion and you may be right. But no one here has a crystal ball. I would agree with you. However, the flying public is still afraid of turbo-props. Until you can prove to them that a turbo-prop is a cheaper fare and as "safe" (obviously we know they are) then 50-70 seat jets are still going to be around.
