It is
a QOL issue, not a
huge one IMO. A far bigger issue is our current scope language. It is killing our growth, killing our service reputation and slowly killing our seniority list. To have SWAPA's scope would be worth every minute of those 14 days of SC.

I'm on reserve quite frequently. Because we have such long trips on the 747, any vacation, training or carry in can often times make you "unblockable" thus putting you on reserve. That happens to me darn near every other month.
