You must be kidding considering a move from one pax company to another and starting over at the bottom. The pax world (sadly) is consumed with a continual race to the bottom and you are in the downward spiral.
Not doom and gloom brother. Simply a fact. Look around at the industry.
Drop any preconceived notions about "freight dawgs" and consider UPS or FredEx. First year pay at UPS is criminal, but you'll get past it. The premiere company to work for is clearly FedEx. No one here can dispute the long term growth projections and profitability of cargo. If they do, they need to give up the bottle.
My two cents -- gut it out at NWA or leave for Cargo. The glory days of the pax world are over my friend. Sad to see it happen like this.

I understand the freight business....I used to fly night freight but just don't want to live on the back side of the clock again. Also, Purple is impossible to get in with all the BS they put you through, and all I see at UPS is war between the pilots and the managers as with Purple.....I just see the same over there as the Legacy carrires.
