The regionals are their own worst enemy. Why on earth would anybody attend a flight school nowadays? Why would somebody attend ERAU, pay $150,000 to go to work for $23,000/year if they're lucky. There is absolutely no return on your educational investment. Even $30,000/year is an insulting offer for any real profession.
So they can stand in front of a mirror and look at their new uniform that they just paid for.
Oh and oh course they will get laid every trip.
