It's really not that hard. It's a simple line. We have asked and asked. "Bring RJ flying back to mainline"!! Instead we get a cryptic "Improve balance of flying between Delta and DCI". There is probably a reason for that. And for the record "Bring RJ flying back to mainline" is conceptual in nature.
