On a side note as a business, if I was AA, I would try and bust the entire AA contract, imagine you could somehow put all the AA planes at EAGLE, and have them flown by the Eagle pilots at 25% less than current rates, and have the FA/Ramp/Gate etc all Eagle employees. You could hire like it was 1975 at way less pay, and get rid of the grey hair!
