I have no clue
You have no clue
ALPA has no clue
But it really is not that hard to get some good estimates.
Our average compensation per hour went up (except for some mid seniority years it did not). Our average staffing went from 13.0-13.5 to 14.5 pilots per plane. Up by 10-11%!
The company needs 10% more pilots, that on average are paid a higher hourly wage to do the same thing. They really did not hire more folks because the new guys from Virgin like us so much, that they think it is important that we can get a day off without a sick call. You know Monohan, who promised improved efficiency, did not get walked out of his office because he has achieved all his promises.
