Agreed. I left that cesspool years ago, but I hear it's a haven for the high-five club......kinda like their little water cooler.

You could hire like it was 1975 at way less pay, and get rid of the grey hair!

No more mummy gate agents, and flight attendants with Alzheimer saying the planes going to crash.
Interesting. That's the EXACT agenda of the "high-five" club. Coincidence ? I think not. There's a downside to that plan though First Officer Buffet and that's that Eagle's product is CRAP compared to AA's mainline competitors and most of the LCC's. Similar to Nicholson's character in the movies, "you can't handle that action". Imagine all those backpack toting, spike haired ipod punks in the cockpits of 777's or even 737's and bubble-headed kids at the gates bungling things on a much grander scale ?

I nonrev on Eagle all the time and it's usually a mess. Having EAGLE become the domestic product for AMR (or One World) would be the best thing they could do for the competition. Sure, you could "Walmart" the airline, but AMR has stated they want the future AA to return to a premium product. It will be difficult enough considering where mainline has gone, but doing that with Eagle is trying to make a silk purse out of a sows ****hole.

Besides, didn't your company put out a letter very recently stating they were once again going to put out bids for AA feed ?

I've heard that since AA owns the planes and ALPA gave away Eagle pilots transfer rights, that they'll simply transfer those aircraft to another with a feed contract as the carrot and allow Eagle pilots to bid for those slots after that carriers F/O's take the captains spots, of course.
