On a side note as a business, if I was AA, I would try and bust the entire AA contract, imagine you could somehow put all the AA planes at EAGLE, and have them flown by the Eagle pilots at 25% less than current rates, and have the FA/Ramp/Gate etc all Eagle employees. You could hire like it was 1975 at way less pay, and get rid of the grey hair!

No more mummy gate agents, and flight attendants with Alzheimer saying the planes going to crash.
