Ok.. now that that's been answered, lets get back on topic. This thread has very little to do with GoJet so let's give it a rest.

The potential implications on the FFDO program is what alarms me the most about this incident. With the program on the chopping block, some poor publicity is all that's needed to put the final nail in the coffin. Hopefully ALPA and other trade unions can convince lawmakers otherwise.

I wonder if the individual in question will lose their FFDO privileges and/or be charged with a crime or terminated from their employer?...
