Ask for a copy of the contract, I read the GLA contract and can tell you that you don't sign it until you complete training, so if you fail training you are not liable. At GLA you are not an employee until training in completed but at Silver you are once you step foot in the door first day of INDOC, so please, please, please read the contract your self, because you will get different responses from individuals. Don't go by what the company says but what you see in black and white!
