I will admit, the only reason why I'm coming at you is because of this AA FO I know. This guy has been at AA for many years but still is an FO. He is ****ed about his situation and lets everyone in aviation he comes in contact with know. This guy hates AA with a deep passion. He literally has no friends (I kid you not) and takes the issue with AA so seriously that it has ruined his life (this guy breaths fire). Everyone in the local GA community hates this guy, and probably everyone that knows him for that matter. I can only imagine what it's likes to fly with him. I doubt you are this guy because he has been an FO at AA for many years and from what I gather you have spent the majority of your career at a regional. Some of your posts remind me this guy I know and that is all.
Well, again I think you've chosen to be selective in your perception. I've only been here a year or so and am not as jaded as the F/O you know, but considering what all the employees here have been subjected to, your friend is not an anomaly. IMO, the employees of this airline are irreparably damaged and regardless of what occurs from here on out, I seriously question whether it will ever produce the product management hopes for.
This carrier is even more dysfunctional then the one I left. Despite a new CEO, it appears the same old attitude towards employees and well, you know.......garbage in, garbage out.
