I've only been here a year or so and am not as jaded as the F/O you know, but considering what all the employees here have been subjected to, your friend is not an anomaly. IMO, the employees of this airline are irreparably damaged and regardless of what occurs from here on out, I seriously question whether it will ever produce the product management hopes for.
This carrier is even more dysfunctional then the one I left. Despite a new CEO, it appears the same old attitude towards employees and well, you know.......garbage in, garbage out.
