I'm pretty sure a FDX/UPS bubba will generate more revenue for their company than our legacy brothers in a similar crew position.......on a month to month basis, regardless of hard hours flown respectively....I'm pretty sure you know this. Working more/harder does not equal smarter/more productive.

Ask our management how pilot productivity is defined and you'll see that they define it as the minimization of credit time and the maximization of hard hours actually flown.
