If you want to know how many hours each pilot averages each month at Delta find out the 2011 block hours flown and divide by 12,000. I guess 6000 would be better - 2 pilots per a/c as the standard.


Now you can refine the numbers for pilots not flying (MLOA. LTD) 4 man crews etc - but a good average would be 2011 Block hours/6,000.
