Too bad. What AA didnt realize is that with his talents and some detailed direction, he had a LOT of potential to do GOOD for the company.
What he needed was clearly defined parameters and instruction that would have allowed his creative side to flourish in a positive way. Heck they could have molded his character to poke fun a everything AA doesn't want to be from a customers point of view.
Now AA has a tech savvy ****ed off former employee who has a viral following. I guarantee he'll do more damage/be a bigger pain now.
Very true, BUT he really didn't think he could continually poke his airline AND specific superiors in the eye and last very long, did he?
